" Sudah sebulan setengah saya berbasikal ke ofis. Lebih kurang 3-4 kali seminggu. 1.5 jam one way. Semalam saya gembira. Saya timbang berat badan. Saya sudah dapat mengenyahkan 5kg of fat. Alhamdulillah. No change in eating habit.I am 46 yrs old and was 95 kg before (now slightly below 90). The last time I cycle was when I was in Tingkatan 3. That was a long-long time ago! If I can do this, I'm sure lot more people younger and stronger than me can do better!
Points-to-ponder:
1. We need to educate our road users to share the road with cyclist.
2. Public bathing facilities.
3. Bicycle storage - some will use road bike costing easily RM3000 onward.
4. The more people cycle the more likely these changes will happen. Kalau cakap-cakap saja tak menjadi. Just Do It! Burn Fat Not Petrol.
